I’ve not only worked here but have also received services for my mother through Fresh Perspective. They perform rigorous background check on all caregivers and staff. Their caregivers receive an array of initial training over two day period along with regular quarterly training. I chose Fresh Perspective to care for my mother based working there in the past. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
They work hard to find that special caregiver who is the best fit for your loved one. I miss my mom very much. It gave me great piece of mind knowing she was well cared for when I couldn’t be there. Thank you Shelly and everyone at Fresh Perspective!

Thanks so much for working with our mom’s changing needs and schedule during COVID-19. We would not have been able to manage her care with you! I’ve had a great experience at Fresh Perspective. Yes, was a lot of video training and testing at the beginning, but this is pretty typical for any company. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. The are able to work with my college schedule and have been very supportive throughout COVID. I LOVE my clients and the office staff!

Fresh Perspective has been a great place to work. They set high expectations on us caregivers. Its too bad the ones that were let go decide to give bad reviews. They probably couldnt hack it. I have a good experience with them and they have been understanding of times I’m available to work. The hardest part was the 2 days of training when I started. Sometimes my clients cancel so my schedule changes, but they try their best to find me replacement shifts.

As a employee of any company I look for employers who want me to grow with them, to not only make me a better employee but to also assist them in growth and with this company I feel I have a future..They care for their employees and their clients as if they are family..I am saddened by some of the bad reviews that I have read and am very positive that they are from past employees that were let go or quit due to inadequate work ethics or who simply did not live up to the higher standards that are expected from this company..There has been a major revamp of expectations, newer policies implemented, and a overall change in office staff and caregiver quality to meet the needs of clients and their families alike…I feel that this company has taken the time to listen completely to employees, clients, and family members and with these changes there will be a positive future for all..I personally look forward to spending many more years growing along side my fellow employees and caring for our current and future clients!!
