1. What Payment options do I have?

Our services are typically purchased privately. You can purchase 2 to 24hours of service per day, including live-in care. Invoices are sent out bi-weekly and are due upon receipt. We accept waiver payments, checks, and credit cards with payment due upon reciept. Please note that we also work with Long Term Care Insurance companies which can be billed directly for services (authorizations must be obtained before beginning services). Some of our clients qualify for “Free In-Home Care Support” up to $500.00, please call (269) 329-4717 to see if you qualify!

2. What do you charge for your services?
We have very competitive rates for all our services, as we only charge you for the services that you need. For example, if you only need our companion services at the beginning you’d only be charged our base rate. But as your level of care needs change, so does the rate of service.

3. How soon can you start services?
Generally we can start with 24 to 48 hours of the referral. Our case management team will arrange to make a free no cost/no obligation assessment visit and complete your personalized plan of care.

4. How far do you go?
We currently serve the residents of Kalamazoo County, Van Buren, Cass, St. Joseph, Allegan, and Berrien Counties.

5. What if I need help after your office is closed?
We have a scheduler, registered nurse, and administrator on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist our clients with their care needs.

6. How do you choose your staff?
Our staff are carefully screened prior to hire with testing, skill level assessments, reference checks, criminal background checks, DMV reporting, random drug testing, TB verification, and screening against sex offenders lists as well as the terrorist watch list. Each caregiver is then bonded and insured through our agency. All professional staff hold current licensure with the state of Michigan and must meet continuing education unit requirements imposed by the state of Michigan. They must also attend quarterly training sessions designed to provide the latest in care support techniques for in home care as well as agree to in-home training if our RN case manager feels it’s necessary for quality and continuity of care.
